- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa
- Only registered guest are permitted to stay overnight.
- Visitor’s entry to the guest room is strictly prohibited.
- Personal food and alcohol are not allowed in the premises.
- Guest will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the
registration at the hotel reception desk.

Cancellation policy
-Free cancellation up to 7 days prior arrival.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur cancellation charges up to the full
booking amount.
-No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

Refund policy
-Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Child policy
-Children aged 0–5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with their
parents or guardians.
-Children aged 6–11 years will be charged the applicable child rate of INR 1500 + GST
-Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the
applicable adult rate of INR 2500 + GST

Extra bed policy
-Extra bed cannot be placed in any of the rooms; however, guests can book the room
category which includes sofa-cum bed.
